As much as people would like to think the contrary, piracy is still more than a slight problem in the world of entertainment. Even more so when a film like Avengers: Endgame makes its way to fans all over, who are waiting to see the end of the Infinity Saga that started eleven years ago to this very day.

But because everyone cant get to the theater at the same time, if at all, pirates make a market of selling these experiences to those who cant wait. In one particular case involving Marvel Studios gigantic record breaker, a pirated copy ended up somewhere rather unexpected. That place being on cable TV in the Philippines.

Cable network Orient Cable was caught by an unsuspecting fan to be running a pirated copy of Avengers: Endgame just a day after the film opened in theaters throughout the Philippines, around the same time that the films pirated copies hit the internet. And before you start to think if maybe this surprised viewer was about to experience a pristine copy of the film, without the fuss of a crowd, that is the total opposite of what happened.

The truth is, the copy that was being shown on cable was such a poor version that not only was the sound subpar, with audience reactions being included in the soundtrack, but fans could also be seen walking through the field of vision the camera had in the theater. So take the worst parts of the theater experience, and transplant them to your very home, and that's watching this copy of Endgame was like.

In an interesting twist to this whole storys course, this channel on Orient Cable has been known to show pirated films previously, with Avengers: Endgame being their most recent victim. And as Coconuts Manila also pointed out, another bootleg was apparently shown in that films place.

Its not surprising that Avengers: Endgame was pirated, but the big shock is that someone would even think it was a smart idea to put it on broadcast TV. Thinking back to how Marvel Studios handled an internal leak over something as small as an Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer, its surprising that whomever the culprit behind this act of piracy is, they wouldnt stop to think that they just might be in for a greater world of trouble than expected.

Of course, legal proceedings according to the legal codes of the Philippines are underway, so there will probably be more developments in this cases story as those efforts proceed. But this example of pirated material going widespread is, without a question, scary for people who try to avoid spoilers in order to enjoy a movie like Avengers: Endgame, properly blind to the adventure theyre about to take.

Fans around the world, beware, because you might just get caught in the crossfire of unintentional spoilers. And those who are intentionally trying to spoil this film for others, you should be worried too. There are some unintended consequences going around out there for your lot as well.

Avengers: Endgame is in theaters now, for anyone whos still keen on experiencing films with clear picture and sound. There's arguably no film franchise quite as popular as Star Wars. George Lucas' colorful space opera has been enthralling moviegoers for decades, with generations of fans eager to see what comes next from the galaxy far, far away. Disney has been breaking new ground through projects like standalone films and the upcoming live-action series on Disney+.

But all eyes are on what J.J Abrams will do with Episode IX, which is set to complete the Skywalker Saga forever, as well as the trilogy he began back with The Force Awakens. Almost nothing is known about the upcoming blockbuster, including the film's title, which is still being kept under wraps. But a new possible title just hit the internet, and it sounds like a great choice: Balance Of The Force.

This possible title comes to us from Reddit, as one user was apparently privy to the code in the official Star Wars website. The post shows a future logo for the site, revealing the title and encouraging Star Wars fans to see J.J. Abrams' upcoming blockbuster in IMAX. It's important to note this is far from confirmed, although the title Balance of the Force is enough to get most self-respecting Star Wars fans hyped for the upcoming threequel.

Considering Episode IX will wrap up a story that was spread out among 9 movies and decades of filmmaking, the pressure is on for J.J. Abrams to deliver a satisfying conclusion to the narrative. The Jedi Order strove to bring balance to the force, especially during George Lucas' prequel trilogy. Anakin Skywalker was meant to bring that balance, as the chosen one. Of course, we all saw how that ended up in Revenge of the Sith.

Still, J.J. Abrams possibly bringing balance to the force in Episode IX is an extremely exciting concept, if Balance Of The Force ends up being the real name of the upcoming blockbuster. The title brings a level of importance and finality to the movie, which would likely help its box office performance, and encourage even casual fans to shell out cash to see Abrams' threequel in theaters.

Box office performance is going to be very important for the next few Star Wars releases to come from the Disney machine. The Last Jedi did make a ton of money domestically, but the criticism against the film may have cost the franchise some fans ahead of Episode IX. The most recent standalone Solo: A Star Wars Story ended up being a box office flop, as Ron Howard failed to complete the project started by Chris Miller and Phil Lord in a way that resonated with audiences.

As such, Episode IX and its possible new title will have to prove how viable the Star Wars franchise truly is. Considering the plans for Rian Johnson's trilogy and the franchise's small screen projects, it's clear that Lucasfilm has no plans to slow down anytime soon. But one has to think that Kathleen Kennedy and company will take the success of J.J. Abrams' upcoming sequel into account when planning for the future

Narratively, there are a ton of threads for J.J Abrams to pull from for Episode IX, regardless of its official title. The director will get to complete the story he began with The Force Awakens, wrapping up the three film narrative for characters he created like Rey, Finn, Poe, and Kylo Ren.

But Episode IX has the added pressure of being the finale in a nine movie series. The OG Star Wars fans have been following the space opera for decades, and are eager to see how George Lucas iconic franchise ends. This includes the fate of Mark Hamills Luke Skywalker, Carrie Fishers General Leia, and Billy Dee Williams Lando Calrissian, who are all set to appear in Episode IX.

If Balance Of The Force ends up being the true title of Episode IX, one has to wonder how J.J. Abrams will craft the story in order to achieve said balance. The Jedi prophecy indicated that one Force Sensitive person would bring that balance, with the prequels indicated it would be Anakin Skywalker.

While Anakin ultimately pulled The Force and the Galaxy into a place of darkness, perhaps the prophecy was always meant to be another young Jedi. Both Rey and Kylo Ren seem like possible choices, as smart money says Adam Drivers villainous character will be saved before Episode IX concludes.

Of course, theres no guarantee that Balance of the Force is in fact the title of Episode IX, with the prequel prophecy not necessary on J.J. Abrams radar with his next Star Wars movie. Theres already enough narrative threads to pull at, as the fate of the galaxy and its iconic residents must be decided.

Episode IX will include a time jump from The Last Jedi, allowing the state of The Resistance and its characters to change offscreen. Finn and Rey will finally be reunited, as General Leia (brought to life with old footage of Carrie Fisher) continues to fight against The First Order.

Kylo Rens morality will also likely be a centerpiece of the upcoming movie, as he was shown displaying some vulnerability and empathy through his shared visions with Rey in The Last Jedi. And while he ultimately ascended to the role of Supreme Leader, Rey seems determined to bring him to The Light eventually.

Fans are also eager to see Mark Hamills Luke Skywalker return to the silver screen, after his jaded appearance in The Last Jedi. While Luke perished after his conflict with Kylo Ren on Crait, smart money says hell appear as a Force Ghost in the next movie, hopefully alongside Yoda. Fans were delighted to see the little green Jedi Master pop up in The Last Jedi, especially since he was a classic puppet, rather than a CGI rendering. Since Force Ghosts are back on the table, it seems like the perfect macguffin to continue featuring Luke Skywalker.

Probably fake, but like "endgame" not being the title for Avengers 4 until it was, this seems like it could be something that J.J. Abrams would use both as a callback to the first Star Wars, but also as a tribute to Leia/Carrie Fisher especially since IX was supposed to be her film.

It's that time, Ladies and Gentlemen. The last E.L. James book, Fifty Shades Freed, has been turned into a movie and that movie hit Blu-ray and DVD this week. As part of the final home entertainment set, popular author E.L. James had a conversation with Eric Johnson about the third and final movie in the trilogy, as well as some stuff related to the books. Of course, Johnson had to ask if there was anything else coming, and E.L. James obliged. She said, in fact, that she does have an idea for a fourth book, noting as part of the Blu-ray release,

I have an idea for the fourth book, but I can't tell you anything about that without really spoiling it. So, if I ever do it, yeah, I've got the first line.

Sadly, even Eric Johnson, who plays Jack Hyde in the popular movie series, could not get a peep out of E.L. James regarding what a fourth book might be about. However, just the fact that the author is planning a fourth book could mean big things for both the literary and big screen worlds. Previously, James had stated "there's a chance" fans could see a fourth book, but the fact that she has considered it enough to have an idea and even the first line in her head is big news.

So, if you've seen Fifty Shades Freed, you already know that the movie ends on a note wrapping up the story for fans. We get to see Anastasia Steele take charge and invite Jamie into the Red Room. We also get a highlight reel of the couple's biggest moments from the other movies. Finally, we see that Ana and Christian have a young boy named Teddy, and are about to have their second child, a daughter whom they wish to call Phoebe. Things seem to be going well. However, while talking about a potential fourth book, E.L. James admits that perhaps the happy ending won't last forever for Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. The author said,

They'll be happy for a while, absolutely, it's not interesting. Who wants to see that? You need bad guys, you need issues, you need all sorts of things, because otherwise it's a bit yawny, isn't it?

If a fourth movie does ever come together, it may have to come with new, older actors. A few months ago, series lead Jamie Dornan was asked about the prospect of future movies in the Fifty Shades franchise. He stated there were no more books, but even if there was another book, he felt he and Dakota Johnson were aging out, and "getting too old," to keep playing the roles.

If and when a fourth book happens, it seems very likely Universal would want to make another movie, but that largely would depend on timeline, budget and actor availability. Unless Ana and Christian were grey-haired and had been together many years, in which case recasting might be the right route. We'll keep you posted if another book and/ or movie happens, and in the meantime, we'll brainstorm what that first line could be.
